Inspection eDuranoAutos

Why can't you go and physically inspect a RV before buying? For example, I've found a 2009 Coachmen Cross Country on eDuranoAutos(eDuranoAutos), and I'm very interested in purchasing it. However, I wondered why I could not go and inspect it, instead have it shipped and return it within 14 days if I didn't like it? It doesn't make any sense to me. Any explanation? Does anyone use this company service in the past?

It is straightforward. I suppose you don't really have a few minutes to read their "about us" page, but apparently, you have plenty of time to open a topic. They are selling assets for banks and other financial institutions. The items are located all over the USA. Since they are selling for banks, it makes sense you cannot inspect them before purchasing. Did you ever see a bank with an inspection facility behind? Or a showroom inside of a bank? That is why they have a 14 days refund/reject policy. If you don't like it for any reason, just return it. Simple as that. I've made three purchases so far, and I've been delighted with their service, from A to Z.

Well, you may be frustrated at the beginning, but after your first purchase, you'll chill down. I've been buying from eDuranoAutos since 2011 when they opened. I never had any issues—very polite, good customer support, and top on altogether. I hope they will remain as they are.

Same experience here. I've bought an Airstream(I won, to be precise). I never heard anyone complaining about them. Everything is effortless. If you have issues with their policy or don't like how it works, you may go to your local dealer and buy(you'll probably pay the price twice and regret it soon). After all, it's your decision. Either that way or another, I wish you the best of luck!

Guys, please keep the discussion calm in a regular and friendly tone. He's just asking for an opinion. I can confirm I have personally bought a 1999 17 ft Casita Liberty Deluxe from them, and I've received it in 3 days. I've accepted it after only four days. So yes, they are selling quality stuff, if you have any concerns about the quality of their products. Keeping in mind that you have two weeks to inspect it, this shouldn't be a concern. If you're asking about their legitimacy, I can confirm they are legit. I hope you find all your answers. Good luck

LOOOL. Apparently, Mary F took another opportunity to praise her Casita. But, yeah, we all know, don't worry. :))))

I've just received my 2015 Forest River Solera 24R won on the eDuranoAutos website(eDuranoAutos) 9 days ago. Just PM your number, and we can do a WhatsApp call to show it to you. So I can say I will accept it today. It looks brand new.

Thank you for taking the time to reply. I'll move forward. I didn't hear anything wrong about eDuranoAutos neither, and my brother-in-law purchased from them. So I'm cool. The other guys need to thank cos I gave them some discussion subjects. I'm asking stupid questions, but they are hunting for it. You're welcome, guys!
